Cyber fraud awareness event taking place in AIB in Tralee this evening

A cyber fraud awareness event will take place in AIB in Tralee this evening.

Members of the public are invited to attend and the event will cover text message fraud, email phishing, investment scams and romance fraud.

Audrey Doherty and John Haren from AIB’s security information team, Ian Fahey a cyber security expert at KPMG and Sergeant Mike Quirke Kerry’s fraud prevention officer will address the meeting.

The event will begin at 7pm, with refreshments from 6.30pm.
