The cost of building and delays with infrastructure are two major obstacles to the delivery of housing in Kerry.
That’s according to Kerry estate agent Paul Stephenson, of Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean.
He says it’s very expensive to build at the moment, and the market then bears the brunt of it.
He says costs are unfortunately only going to increase further:
