Check it Fits offers child car seat checks to Kerry drivers

The Road Safety Authority will be offering a service to check the safety of child car seats for Kerry drivers in July.

The Check It Fits service travels nationwide with trained specialists on-hand to carry out safety checks, and offer advice and demonstrations to parents, guardians, and caregivers.

Since 2013, over 67,000 car seats have been checked nationwide.

Ensuring children are properly restrained inside vehicles is a crucial step in reducing preventable injuries.

Both in person and virtual checks will be available to the people of Kerry on July 16th to 18th, from 10am to 5.30pm.
