Irish Rail has rolled out changes to services in Kerry in an effort to make travelling by train more accessible.
Commuters with a disability who require assistance will need to inform Iarnród Éireann one hour before departure, instead of 12.
It has been introduced in Tralee, Killarney, Mallow, Cork Kent, Dublin Heuston, Limerick Junction and nine further stations nationally.
Other stations around the country still require a 12-hour call ahead.
