Castleisland store among first to stock recyclable fruit and vegetable bags made from plastic bottles

Kerry people will be among the first in Ireland to avail of reusable fruit and vegetable bags made from 100 per cent recycled plastic bottles.

From next Monday, August 10^th, the bags will be available to purchase at Aldi’s store in Castleisland.  

Aldi says it’s part of the company’s plan to reduce plastic packaging by 50% by 2025.
