Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa Killarney has appointed a new Executive Sous Chef.
The Michelin-Trained chef Alan Kearney, originally from Leitrim, brings over 25 of experience to the role.
His extensive experience includes working at Cork’s Michelin-starred restaurant Chestnut and the Balmoral Hotel.
Mr Kearney says he’s delighted and has long admired the creativity of Executive Head Chef at Aghadoe Heights, Cedric Bottarlini and his team.
General Manager of Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa, Brian Bowler has also shared his delight saying Alan will play an integral role in developing new menus and offerings focused on showcasing local produce and the team’s outstanding innovative skills.
