Over 500 homes and businesses without power in Kerry

Over 500 homes and businesses are without power in Kerry this morning.

According to ESB Powercheck, there are outages on Valentia Island and in the Greater Kenmare area.

Power is due to be restored to the 180 affected customers on Valentia Island by 4pm this afternoon.

In Kenmare and surrounding areas, ESB Networks hopes to have power restored by lunchtime.
