Emergency services are currently at the scene of a large commercial fire in 4 Park Business Centre in Farranfore.
Five units from Tralee, Killarney and Castleisland fire services were dispatched when the alarm was raised at 4.37 this morning.
The national fire control has confirmed that all units are all still at the scene, where it's believed substantial damage has been caused.
