A 25-year-old man has been arrested after he brandished a knife on Ashe Street, Tralee.
The man was arrested following talks with a Garda negotiator.
No injuries have been reported.

Gardaí were first notified of the situation at 12.55 pm.
Ashe Street had been closed to traffic during the incident, but has since reopened.
