25 on trolleys at UHK

There are 25 people on trolleys at University Hospital Kerry today according to the Irish Nurses’ and Midwives’ Organisation.

The union says the figure nationally is 533.

Eighty-two people are waiting for a bed at University Hospital Limerick, the highest in the country.

Cork University Hospital has the second highest number; 52 are on trolleys there.
