22 patients on trolleys at UHK

22 patients were waiting on trolleys in the Emergency Department of University Hospital Kerry today.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives’ Organisation says 249 patients are awaiting admission to hospitals across the country today.

The most overcrowded facility is University Hospital Limerick where 38 patients are waiting.
