There are 20 patients waiting for a bed in University Hospital Kerry.
That’s according to figures provided by the Irish Nurses and Midwives’ Organisation; which show 15 are waiting on trolleys while five are awaiting in the ward in the Tralee hospital.
Nationally today, there are 667 waiting on trolleys.

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected with 80 people awaiting beds.
