20 patients are waiting on trolleys in University Hospital Kerry's Emergency Department today, down eight from yesterday.
That's according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives' Organisation.
Nationally, there are 507 patients waiting on trolleys in hospitals today.

The most overcrowded hospital is University Hospital Limerick where there are 81 people waiting on trolleys.
