Aisling Fitzgibbon from Tralee on the difficult journey she went on, when her mother, well-known Tralee teacher Martha Brassil, died suddenly in 2018.
Through a combination of writing, self-care and sea swimming, she’s in a much better place now, and has written a book about her experience.
Her book is titled Moving From Fear to Trust and she spoke to Deirdre about it on Wednesday's Talkabout.
