Timothy Fleming was originally from Fossa but had spent many years in England. He died in February 2015 after a tear in the lining of his aorta led to a rupture of the artery after going to Tallaght Hospital. An inquest returned a verdict of medical misadventure, which does not apportion blame but states that death was the unintended outcome of actions taken. His daughter Caroline and family solicitor, Roger Murray, spoke to Treasa.
