Dr Tom Clonan is a lecturer and The Irish Times security analyst. He’s also a whistleblower who exposed serious problems with harassment, abuse and bullying in the Defence Forces. He addressed members at the AGSI (Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors) conference in Killarney.
