Yesterday, outside St Mary’s Church in Listowel, a group gathered in support of the LGBTQ+ community. This followed comments made about the community by Fr Seán Sheehy at Mass the previous weekend. The gathering was organised by Green Party representative Diarmaid Griffin. Mary Lavery Carrig spoke to some of those who took part.
