Artur Gabrielyan and his wife, Liene from Gortacrossane near in Listowel, have had to endure three serious flooding incidents since 2015 – the most recent last month.
They and their neighbour, Mary Collins, spoke to Treasa Murphy from the flood-prone house.
Listowel councillor Tom Barry raised their plight at the recent council meeting.
