Lip Service to People with Disability – March 30th, 2017

It’s been ten years since this country signed the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) but it has still not been ratified. Activist, Pádraig Hannafin, from Dunquin spoke to Jerry.
