Law Doesn’t Require Qualified Driver Accompanying L-Driver to be Below Alcohol Limit – February 15th, 2019

The Road Safety Authority has confirmed that the law doesn’t require a qualified driver, accompanying a learner driving a car, to be below the alcohol limit. This means a qualified driver in a car driven by a learner could be drunk as the law is silent on the matter. The chair of the Kerry Law Society, John Galvin, spoke to Jerry.
