Jerry spoke to Catherine Shanahan who’s deputy property editor with the Irish Examiner. She’s been covering the cases of Ballinskelligs man Dónal O’Sullivan who was sentenced to six months in jail for his role in operating a fraudulent payroll scheme in the company which he led as president and CEO. The O’Sullivan family established Navillus in the 1980s and the company became one of New York’s biggest construction firms. Pádraig Naughton, Navillus’s former financial comptroller, also began a six month jail sentence.
