Kerry Hotel Property in Receivership – March 11th, 2025

RELM - Real Estate Loan Management - is appointing receivers to 14 property management companies owned by businessman Paddy McKillen Jnr. One of the properties affected is the Butler Arms Hotel in Waterville. The businesses that trade from the properties are not affected.
