In May 2012, Kelly O'Brien's husband Anthony and their 5-year-old daughter Nadine were killed in a fire in their home in Tralee.
For over a decade, Kelly told authorities that the fire had been started deliberately - that it was a criminal act - but she was not listened to.
Last month, Philip Griffin was sentenced to six-and-a-half years in prison for manslaughter, for the deaths of Anthony and Nadine.
