Channel 4 news reader had to apologise after a Financial Times journalist used the word ‘bollox’ during a live interview.

But the news reader later clarified that the term, when used to describe something nonsensical, is only ‘middle’ in terms of the scale of offence, according to Offcam!

Is it time we permitted more ‘colourful’ language on radio and TV, to reflect the way most people speak?
