Donald Trump has paused US military aid to Ukraine. Meanwhile, The European Commission President has announced measures to ramp up defence spending. Ursula von der Leyen has outlined a five point "Rearm Europe" plan, and has written to EU leaders on the matter. It's hoped the proposals will see member states "massively boost" spending on military capability.
