The final part of Alan O’Brien’s series on supports in the workplace for women who have suffered early pregnancy loss, that is under 23 weeks.  At the moment there is no paid leave for women who have suffered such a loss. Alan spoke with Emma Ronan, who provides peer support at LMC Bereavement, which provides support for people dealing with pregnancy loss. Emma told Alan about her own experiences.
