Pat O’Sullivan from Kilcummin has spent many years trying to get the Department of Agriculture to uphold its own regulations when it comes to forestry. Forestry was planted on the boundary of Pat's land. It was planted at 30 metres from Pat's land which is in violation of a regulation that says there must be a 60-metre setback.
