The opening lines of an article written by Clár Reachtaire le RnaG and columist Dáithí de Mórdha for Tuairisc.ie. Treasa speaks to Dáithí who says in the village of Dún Chaoin, in the Irish speaking Corca Dhuibhne Gaeltacht of West Kerry, people have difficulties getting planning or affording house prices in a region, filled with holiday homes, many of which are empty for a large part of the year.
