The Decision Support Service in partnership with the HSE Assisted Decision-making service for Cork Kerry Community Healthcare are hosting an advance planning event in the Oriel House Hotel in Cork tomorrow, Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th February. The event will focus on the practical steps required to create an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), including one-to-one sessions with staff from the Decision Support Service (DSS).
