William John (Bill) Morrell

William John (Bill) Morrell of Carrigeen, Brosna, Tralee, and formerly of Fulham, London.

After a short illness, borne with immense courage, patience and quiet strength, Bill peacefully passed away surrounded by his family, in the excellent care of the staff at the Bon Secours Hospital, Tralee, on 9th October 2025.
Bill will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Breda, his loving children Thomas, Paul, Mark and Lillian, daughters-in-law Samantha and Samantha, son-in-law Niall, cherished grandchildren Elliott, Jessica, Connor, Kitty, Daniel and Jack, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Leahy’s Funeral Home, Knocknagoshel, this Monday evening, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Requiem Mass for William John (Bill) Morrell will take place on Tuesday at 11:00am in St. Mary’s Church Knocknagoshel, followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium.

The Requiem Mass will be live-streamed via St Mary's Church Knocknagoshel Facebook page. House strictly private for close family and friends. No flowers please; donations in lieu, if desired, to the Recovery Haven Kerry Cancer Support House.
