Died peacefully surrounded by his family in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit UHK on Thursday 1st of May.
Beloved son of Sean & Nora Collins and dearest brother of Anne, Mairead, Liam, Julie and John. Sadly missed by his loving family, nieces Ashlyn, Evie & Libby, nephews Rory & James, brothers-in-law Gerard, Warren & Damitha, sister-in-law Laura and John's partner Elaine. Uncles Michael & Leo, aunt Anita, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lynch's Funeral Home, Ballylongford on Sunday evening 4th May from 5pm-8pm. Tom's funeral cortege will arrive at St. John's Church, Ballybunion for 11am mass on Monday May 5th followed by interment afterwards in Lisselton Graveyard.
