Shane Fitzgerald of 16 Meadow Court, Castleisland. 

Shane passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home on September 25th 2025 . Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents John and Marie , his adored daughter Chloe, brother Barry, sister Emma, brother-in-law Lorcan, Barry's partner Erin, his niece Cassie , uncles, aunts, all extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Tangney's Funeral Home, Church Street Castleisland on Monday evening from 5pm to 7pm.

Requiem Mass for Shane Fitzgerald will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 11am in Castleisland Parish Church followed by burial in ST. John's Cemetery Castleisland. the mass will be livestreamed on www.churchservices.tv/castleisland
