Richard (Richie) Walsh, Meenbanivane, Knocknagoshel, and late of Knockbrack, Knocknagoshel.
Passed away peacefully in the caring hands of the wonderful nurses and staff of the South Infirmary Victoria Hospital Cork on 10th June 2025.
Loving father of Rachel and Liam. Sadly missed by his son-in-law Mick, daughter-in-law Caroline and his precious granddaughters Clodagh and Abbie. Fondly remembered by his brothers Dan, Mike John, Jim, sisters Margaret and Nono, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends at home and in London.
Richie is pre-deceased by his parents Willie and Mary brothers Willie, Larry, Tom and sister Mamie.

Reposing at Leahy’s Funeral Home, Knocknagoshel Village, this Friday 13th of June from 18:00pm to 20:00pm. Funeral arriving at St. Mary's Church Knocknagoshel at 10:45am on Saturday morning the 14th of June for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Burial afterwards in Knockane Cemetery Knocknagoshel.

Richie’s family would like to thank the staff in the South Infirmary Victoria Hospital and the staff in the Intensive Care Unit in Cork University Hospital for the exceptional care and support given to Richie.
