Philomena Counihan [née Brosnan] of Gurrane, Oakpark, Tralee and formerly of Ballymore West, Dingle.

Beloved mother of Seán, Michael, Aileen and Paula. Sadly missed by her loving family – sons, daughters, grandchildren Jeremiah, David, Wayne, Andrea, Derek, Grace, Roy, Katie, Gene, Sorcha and Michael, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Don (Chicago) and Pat, daughter-in-law Marian, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Philomenia is pre-deceased by her loving husband Mick, her daughter Esther, sons-in-law Joe and Jeremiah, her parents Ellen and Michael and her brothers and sisters.

Reposing at McElligott’s Funeral Home, Tralee on Wednesday from 5.30PM to 7.00PM. Funeral arriving to our Lady and St Brendan’s Parish Church, Tralee on Thursday morning at 10.30AM where the Requiem Mass for Philomena will be celebrated at 11.00AM followed by interment afterwards in New Rath Cemetery. Philomena’s Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on the following link Live Stream Our Lady and St. Brendan's Parish Family flowers only please.
