After a short illness bravely borne, Patrick passed away peacefully surrounded by his adored family in the dedicated care of the Bon Secours Hospital, Tralee.

Pre-deceased by his loving mom Kathleen, dad Sean and his much loved sister Margaret Doll Costelloe.

Beloved father of Shirley-Ann and Katherina.

Patrick will be sadly missed by his loving family – his daughters, their sister Noelle, his adored sister Phil and brother-in-law David, his cherished aunt Noreen and uncle Patrick Costelloe Senior, his two sons that he never had Alan O’Brien and Jodie Everett, his cherished grandchildren Dylan, Gavin, Craig, Jack and Lilly, his ‘Jolly Boys’ outing friends, his wide circle of friends and his amazing neighbours

Reposing at Mc Elligott’s Funeral Home on Sunday from 5.00PM to 7.00PM. Funeral arriving to St John’s Parish Church, Tralee on Monday morning at 9.30AM where the Requiem Mass for Patrick will be celebrated at 10.00AM followed by cremation at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Cork.
