Family Information : Patrick passed away peacefully on 3rd August, 2025 surrounded by his loving family in the dedicated and compassionate care of the staff at Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Limerick.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Ellen, brother Stephen and sister Maureen.
Beloved husband of Pauline, cherished father of Caroline, Julie and Stephen.
Sadly missed by his family, adored and loving grandchildren, Ciara, Niamh, Christopher, Seán, Matthew, James, Jane and Patrick, sons-in-law Seán and Mark, daughter-in-law Monica, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law Seán and Joseph, sister-in-law Sheila, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
