Nora O'Sullivan of Gurrane, Gortatlea, Tralee and late of Kenmare

Nora passed away peacefully at University Hospital Kerry, on June 26th 2026 after illnesses bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family, with the wonderful care and support of hospital staff and Willow Brooke Care Centre Castleisland, Nora's home for the preceding 18 months. Sadly missed by her loving niece, Margeret Blake (Kilcummin) , nephews Noel Cronin (Ballymacelligott) , Kevin Cronin(Dublin), her 3 grandnieces, Aoibheann, Caitriona and Orla, and grandnephew Conall. Margaret's husband John and Kevin's wife Gabrielle, relatives, great neighbours ,past pupils, colleagues, and many many friends. Predeceased by her brothers Terry, Pat and sisters Kay O'Driscoll (Kilcummin) and Eileen Cronin (Ballymacelligott) .

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at Tangney's Funeral Home Church Street Castleisland on Monday evening (June 29th) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal from her home in Gurrane on Tuesday morning (June 30th) at 10:30am arriving to the Church of St. Therese and St. Colmcille Currans for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ardcrone Cemetery Currans. The Mass will be livestreamed on Currow/Currans Churches Facebook Page. Please click on this link.
