Moira Whelan née Dowling of The Mill, Ballinoe, Causeway.
Moira died peacefully on 27th October 2025. Beloved wife of the late Pat, cherished mother of Jerry, Paudie & John and dear sister of Patsy (Greene), Gene, Seán and the late Frank, Nicko, Pat Joe and baby John.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her grandchildren Darragh, Pádraig, Maeve, Hannah & Jack, nephews, nieces, daughters-in-law Cathie, Barbara & Karen, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, cousins, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in Peace.
Moira will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Wednesday from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m.
Funeral arriving to st. Johns church, Causeway on Thursday morning at where the Requiem Mass for Moira Whelan (nee Dowling) will be celebrated at 11 a.m. (streamed on www.dioceseofkerry.ie). Interment afterwards in the Abbey Cemetery, Ardfert.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to the Alzheimer society of Ireland, or care of The Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
