Michaels cortege will depart from his residence on Tuesday morning arriving for 12 Noon Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church Asdee followed by interment afterwards in Lislaughtin Abbey.

House strictly private please.

In accordance with Government and HSE guidelines and in the interest of public health, a private family funeral will take place for Michael, in which 50 family members can attend. The death has taken place of Michael O'Connor, Craughdarrig, Asdee, Listowel,  peacefully surrounded by his heartbroken family and in the wonderful care of the staff at University Hospital Kerry on Saturday 19th of June 2021. Michael is sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, sons David, Vincent and Fergus, daughters-in-law Mary and Helen, grandchildren Aisling, Brian, Ciara and Liam, sister Martha, nephew Robert, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
