Peacefully at home on the 31st December 2025. Beloved husband of Mary (née Spillane) and dearly loved father of John, Niamh, Lisa, Maura and Brian. Predeceased by his brothers Timmy and Denis (Dee). Michael will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his brother Jackie, grandchildren Michaela, Seán, Cathal, Fionn, Ciarán, Síobhra, Mary, Oisín, Evan, Liam, Sinéad and Culann, great granddaughter Fiadh, daughter-in-law Stella, sons-in-law Charlie, Eamonn and Alan, sister-in-law Denise, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends, including very many in the GAA Community.

Funeral Arrangements: Michael will be reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney on Friday evening, 2nd January 2026 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Funeral arriving at St Mary's Cathedral on Saturday afternoon at 1.45pm for Requiem Mass at 2.00pm followed by burial afterwards in Aghadoe Cemetery, Killarney.
