With great sadness and deep appreciation for a long life well lived, the family of MICHAEL (HAULIE) LYNCH (Late Regional Manager Iarnród Éireann, Irish Rail), wish to announce his passing on June 27th 2025, peacefully, at home in his 96th year, beloved husband of the late Rita (née Hurley), cherished father of John, Miriam and Michael, adoring grandfather of Rory, Mark and Evan, brother of Jimmy and the late Mary (Galvin), brother-in-law of the late Jackie and Joan (Hurley), Joe (Galvin) and Maura (Lynch).

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Helena and Marleen, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. on Monday (June 30th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass for Michael (Haulie) Lynch will be celebrated at 11.00am on Tuesday (July 1st) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross which will be live streamed Here

Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty.
