Mary O'Connell née Lyons, Glenderry, Lyreacrompane and late of Ballygologue Park, Listowel.
Peacefully, on July 5th, 2025, after a short illness, in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital, Kerry, surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her parents Tom and Peggy and brother-in-law Sean O'Neil. Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Sean, daughter Édaein, sons Sean T and Gearóid, daughter-in-law Kathlyn, grandchildren Jack, Luca and Finley, brother Kieran, sisters Catriona, Thérése and Martina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Lyons Funeral Home, Derry, Listowel, on Monday evening, July 7th, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass for Mary will be celebrated in The Church of Our Lady of The Assumption, Rathea, on Tuesday morning at 11.30am, live-streamed on www.facebook.com, followed by burial afterwards in St. John Paul II Cemetery, Ballybunion Road, Listowel.
