Martina O' Brien née McElligott, Cunnigar, Lixnaw, peacefully in the exceptional care of The Palliative Care Unit of University Hospital Kerry, surrounded by her loving family on the 30th May 2026.  Martina is predeceased by her parents Joe and Nora (nee O' Connor).  Dearly loved and sadly missed by her loving husband Joe, her cherished sons Eirean and Colin, her sisters Catherine O' Brien (Kilkenny), Siobhan Power (Lixnaw) and her brother Henry (Lixnaw), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins at home and abroad, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May Martina Rest in Peace

Reposing at Casey's Funeral Home Causeway, Tuesday 2nd June from 6pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Martina on Wednesday morning in St. Michael's Church Lixnaw at 11.00 am, live streamed on https://www.churchcamlive.ie/lixnaw-parish-live-stream followed by burial in the New Lawn Cemetery, Lixnaw.
