Marcus Keane-Stack-Coffey of Church Street, Listowel and Deer Lodge, Killarney, passed away peacefully on 14th September 2025, in the tender care of the nurses and staff of Deer Lodge and the Palliative Care Team, surrounded by his loving family, pre-deceased by his mother Maria Keane-Stack.
Marcus will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers Stephen, Peter, Pat & Tom, his sisters-in-law Mary & Anne and Tom’s partner Sheila, his uncle Dermot Keane-Stack and Auntie Marie, much loved nieces & nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews, cousins, relatives and many friends.
Rest in Peace.
Marcus will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel on Tuesday (16th September) from 5 to 7 p.m.
Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, on Wednesday morning at 10.15 a.m where the Requiem Mass for Marcus will be celebrated at 10.30 a.m (streamed on www.listowelparish.com). Interment afterwards in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Listowel.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. (via “Donation” link below – Kerry Hospice Foundation), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel.
