A Private Family Funeral will take place for immediate family due to Government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings. In compliance with the current HSE guidelines the number attending church will be limited to fifty people. House private, please.
Funeral cortege will depart Kieran's home on Tuesday at 10.15 a.m. on route to the Church of the Assumption Abbeyfeale to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m. Requiem Mass will then be live streamed on the following link: www.churchservices.tv/abbeyfealeparish
Burial afterwards in The Old Abbey Cemetery, The Square, Abbeyfeale. Family flowers only please.
Family Information: July 31st 2021, peacefully after a short illness, predeceased by his brother Denis and sister Maureen. Kieran will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 51 years, Mary (Máire), his sons Shane, Darragh, Lorcan and Peter, his daughters Éadaoin and Ríona, his grandchildren Amy, Sam, Tóla, Oilleóg, Laoise, Cormac and Ólan, his brother Con, his sisters Sr Delia, Celia, Kathleen and Siobhán, son-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Shirley and Niamh, brothers- and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and his very kind neighbours. Kieran will also be missed by his many lifelong friends from Macra na Feirme, I.F.A., and the numerous community organisations he was proud to serve during his long, active life.
