Kevin Woods of Liosdara, Oakpark, Tralee and formerly Aughnacloy, Co. Tyrone, died peacefully, in the tender care of Willowbrooke Care Centre, Castleisland on 6th January 2026, beloved husband of the late Anne and cherished father of Rebecca, Sarah, Paul and Alan.
Sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchildren Luke, Joshua & Eden, brothers Tom and Michael, sisters Anna and Kate, sons-in-law David, John and Guy, Paul’s partner Cecylia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, his nurses and carers and many friends.

Kevin will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Thursday (8th January) from 6.00 to 7.30 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Kevin will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Private cremation will follow.
