It is with deep sadness that Josie Clancy née Dalton, Knockanure, Moyvane and late of Coole East, Athea, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family on Sunday, 14th September, 2025 in her 98th year.
Predeceased by her husband Jerry and grandchildren Ruth and Mossie, sisters Peg Joy, Sr. Cyprian and Mary Ahern.
Deeply missed by her loving family, daughter Jean,(Ballyheigue), sons Neilus, Seamus and Dermot, sister Chris (USA) daughters-in-law Margaret, Joanne and Brenda and son-in-law Aidan Keyes, grandchildren Sandra, Noelle, J.J., Steven, Greg, Carol, Jerry and Tommy,great grandchildren Arran, Éabha, Rian, Fionn and Alice, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Josie will be reposing in Finucane's Funeral Home, Knockanure, Co. Kerry V31 W221 on Tuesday evening from 5pm to 7pm.
Requiem mass will be celebrated for Josie on Wednesday morning at 11.00 a.m. in Corpus Christi Church, Knockanure livestreamed on https://churchmedia.tv/knockanure
Interred afterwards in Ahavoher Cemetery, Knockanure.
