John Murphy, Kinard East, Ballinskelligs and late of Bolus, Ballinskelligs and formally of Blanchardstown, Dublin;

who passed away peacefully on Friday May 29th, 2026 surrounded by his loving family in care of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at University Hospital Kerry.

 

Predeceased by his loving wife Adrienne (nee Smyth), son Thomas, parents Michael and Joanna Murphy and brother-in-law John Foley.

 

 

John will be sadly missed by his loving sons, Michael, Maurice and Paul, sister Mary, brother James, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Madge, Helen and Martine, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

 

May John Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing on Tuesday evening (June 2nd) from 7pm in Fitzgerald’s Funeral Home Waterville (V23RK24) followed by removal at 8-30pm to St Michael’s Church Dungegan, Ballinskelligs arriving at 9pm.

 

Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning (June 3rd) at 11am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery Dublin on Friday at 1pm.
