John Murphy of Pebblecreek, Hospital Cross, Kenmare
On the 14th of November, 2025, John passed away peacefully at his home and in the presence of his loving family. Beloved husband of Stephanie Gaine. Loving brother of Eilish, Anne, Tadhg, Denis, Bernadette, Geraldine, Janet, Cormac and Sandra. Predeceased by his parents Tim and Teresa and his brother Maurice.
Sadly missed and dearly loved by his wife, her son Shane and his wife Tracey, her daughter Sharon and her Fiancé Shane, grandchildren Saoirse, Dillon, Byron, Kaitlin, Elena and Aoibhin, his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncle, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and his many friends.
May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
Reposing at O' Connor's Funeral Home, Kenmare on Monday evening (November 17th) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass for John will take place on Tuesday morning (November 18th) at 10.30am in Holy Cross Church, Kenmare which will be live streamed on http://kenmareparish.ie/, followed by a private family Cremation on Wednesday (November 19th) at the Island Crematorium, Cork.
John's family would like to take this opportunity to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Palliative Care Unit in University Hospital Kerry for their exceptional care, kindness and support shown to John and his family over the last 20months.
