John Matthews, Barrack Street, Athea, Co. Limerick. Peacefully, on March 27th, 2025, in the wonderful care of Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his loving family.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Nora, sons Michael and Paul, daughters Annemarie, Deirdre and Catherine, daughters-in-law Gikky and Trish, sons-in-law Cedric, Aidan and Conor, grandchildren Reece, Elliot, Arthur, AJ, Aoife, Shea, Cleonagh, Alfie and Hugo, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Lyons Funeral Home, Derry, Listowel, on Sunday evening, March 30th, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Funeral arriving to St. Bartholomew's Church, Athea, on Monday morning at 10.45am, with the Requiem Mass for John being celebrated at 11.00am, live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv/athea , followed by private Cremation.
